We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders. All forms of payment must clear processing before items are shipped.
Personal checks and Money Orders can be sent to our address listed below. Payments must clear the bank (usually 3 to 5 business days) prior to shipment. Orders awaiting payment will be held for 7 days before being returned to inventory.

Visit our Web Store and add items to your shopping cart. Your order will be processed by the secure automated shopping system and you can select payment. All orders are verified before shipping. Any over payment of the U.S.P.S. shipping cost is refunded after shipment.

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all States. For States imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many States require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

We regularly sell and ship within the United States, shipping is estimated within the continental U.S. and may be higher or lower than quoted. We do offer combined shipping!!! Place your order from Pearce's Craft Shop LLC Website and we will gather your purchases into as few boxes as possible, weigh them and calculate shipping. We will refund any amount you have paid over the actual shipping amount. We refund any over payment of shipping fees when your order is shipped. If the shipping amount is more than stated we will contact you for payment of the additional amount.
All orders are confirmed and verified before processing. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and prepared for shipping within 48 hours. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed after the 12 p.m. EST daily cut-off time on Fridays, weekends, or during high volume periods may take longer to process.
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and a Tracking Number will be emailed to you. A shipping estimate is provided on all item listings, however the actual shipping cost may be more or less than the estimate requiring a shipping cost adjustment. If shipping is in excess of that estimated you will receive an additional invoice, however if shipping is less you will receive a refund of the over payment.
Shipping transit time will take an additional 3-8 business days Continental U.S. for ground shipment. Transit times may vary and are dependent upon carrier. Shipping Companies do not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know prior to placing your order and we will adjust the shipping fee.
Shipping Insurance is highly recommended and is the responsibility of the customer, please contact us prior to purchasing to request Shipping Insurance and the cost will be included in your shipping estimate.
Merchandise returned via the Shipping Company are the responsibility of the customer and subject to a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the order refund upon termination of the transaction. Merchandise shipping fees are not refundable. If the customer wants the merchandise re-shipped, a new address must be provided and payment of shipping fee to new location must be paid before shipment.
